The Pilot Tech Program is a 5 week training program, consisting of ten students, taught by professionals in the field, three days a week (Monday's, Wednesday's, & Saturday's) for Ages 12-18. Each week students will be introduced to a new area of technical theatre (for ex: stage management, lighting, sound, set design/props, costuming and stage makeup).

After the five weeks are completed, our new tech students will be assigned a mentor and a position in one of the technical theatre areas to assume their “on the job training”. The intent of this program is to create a youth production team that will eventually run each conservatory production independently starting with Fame; in May 2023. The long term goal of this program is to create job skills and work towards developing the next generation of leaders in the arts - both in front and behind the scenes.
